UnitingWorld Relief and Development Unit

UnitingWorld Relief and Development Unit (the Unit) is the international development and relief agency of the Uniting Church in Australia.

The Unit works with partners across Africa, Asia and the Pacific to assist their partners to alleviate poverty, build peace, provide emergency relief and develop their institutional capacity and the capacity of their communities.

The Unit supports partners to develop projects in the areas of WASH, education, vocational training, health, livelihood, agriculture and food security, peace building and emergency response.

The Unit is fully accredited with the Australian Agency for international Development (AusAID), is a member of the Australian Council for international Development (ACFID) and a signatory to the ACFID Code of Conduct.
