Preliminary Appeal Target: US$ 2,797,367. The ACT Somalia Forum plans on responding by focusing on WASH, general food distribution, targeted supplementary feeding, non-food items, livelihoods, emergency education, emergency shelter, peace building and support for the return of IDPs and refugees. The activities will be implemented in Dadaab refugee camp, Gedo, Garowe, Puntland, Banadir and Lower Shabelle.

Appeal Target: US$ 653,167. With the ending of the preliminary stage of emergence assistance, the focus of Amity Foundation will shift from relief phase to recovery and rehabilitation. The primary concerns of the project are reconstruction of drinking water system, reconstruction of earthquake resistant houses, rebuilding of livestock pens, provision of seeds, assist in livelihood recovery; resume agricultural production as well as community based psychosocial support. This Full Appeal replaces the Preliminary Appeal issued on 14 August 2014, now removed from our site.

Iraq: Survival Assistance for Displaced Populations and their Host Communities in Northern Iraq - IRQ141
Appeal Target: US$ 2,890,110. ACT members Christian Aid and The Lutheran World Federation are assisting the IDP families and their host communities with food security, water supply, NFI, psychosocial services, shelter, health and hygiene items. Appeal Target: US$ 1,477,163 (slight corrections have been made on figures Sept. 17, 2014). The ACT Appeal LBR141 has been revised given the worsening of the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. The following components have been added to the Appeal, in addition to the awareness campaigns and building of an isolation centre for the Phebe hospital: psychosocial support, food and non-food items and risk benefits to health workers. Appeal Target: US$ 7,200,653. Shortly after the first reduction and revision to the 2014 Appeal budget and annual plan, the Darfur Programme found it necessary to make a second revision to reduce the budget further from the first revision of USD 7,989,096 to USD 7,200,653 (this presents a 27% reduction from the original budget). This revised appeal aims to deliver vital emergency aid to over 400,000 individuals in East, Central and South Darfur. These revised appeal documents (mainly budget related) replace those of the original appeal issued on 16 December 2013, now removed from our site. Nepal: Emergency response and early recovery support to flood and landslide affected households in Western Nepal - NPL141
Preliminary Appeal Target: US$ 420,607. ACT members in Nepal are planning to: provide lifesaving assistance and psychosocial support to the severely affected and displaced households in targeted areas by providing food, non-food items and psychosocial counselling; restore agriculture and non-agriculture means of livelihood through on and off farm support; rehabilitate WASH, shelter and critical lifelines facilities through food for work or cash and voucher transfer; restore education facilities promoting education in emergency (EiE) approach.
