Addressing inequalities: The heart of the post 2015-development agenda and the future we want for all

ACT Alliance believes that inequality – social, economic, cultural or otherwise – is one of the most significant obstacles to development. Unequal access to essential services is far too common and perpetuates structural poverty. In response, ACT Alliance has produced this discussion paper that calls for UN member states to create targets to measure the impact of development programmes on society’s most vulnerable – not only on society as an aggregate whole.
