The ACT publication, Facing the future: low carbon strategies – opportunities and challenges for developing countries, outlines the hard choices that both developing and wealthy countries need to make. And make soon. It argues the shift to low carbon future should be seen as an opportunity worth taking for developing countries. Facing the future was released at the Rio+20 earth summit in Rio de Janeiro in June 2012.
