Sunday, May 01, 2011
Takeshi Komino of ACT Alliance member CWS in Japan reports on current work in Japan, where extensive support to survivors is being provided by teams of volunteers. The situation remains uncertain for many of the survivors. People-centred programmes that allow ACT staff and volunteers to go through the process with the survivors are a priority.
