Building hope through homes
Earthquake survivors Reginald Francois and his wife Beatrice Jean Louis are happy to have a new home to live in with their new baby. ACT member CRWRC has a house building programme that has provided 500 houses already for people left in precarious situations after the earthquake in Haiti. Madame Fortune Pierre explains the significance of receiving a home owner certificate through the programme.
