Ethiopia

Drought in the southeast pastoral regions of Ethiopia frequently kills livestock and exacerbates food insecurity.  Five ACT members in 2008 conducted programmes to meet the immediate and long-term needs of 120,900 people and their livestock in the critically affected Oromia, Gambella, SNNPR, and Amhara Regions.
