Ghana

In 2007, ACT worked with Caritas Ghana to respond to the needs of 253,000 people forced out of their homes by torrential rain which hit the northern regions and parts of the western region between late August and early September.  The two groups provided 30 days’ dry food ration, and mats and mattresses for children and women affected by floods.
